How to get here
Hamilton is easy to get to with three major highways, a V/Line coach service and daily flights. An alternative route between Melbourne and Adelaide, there are fewer heavy transport vehicles which makes for more relaxed touring. With so much to see and do, Hamilton is the ideal stopover for the family and the commercial traveller.
Road
Hamilton is 295 kilometres west of Melbourne and is an easy 3.5-hour drive. Travel by car via the Henty, Glenelg or Hamilton highways.
Note:
Some overseas manufactured GPS navigation units have trouble finding Hamilton. Bendigo Caravan Club members recommend inputting Hamilton south west Victoria so you don’t end up in Queensland or New Zealand.
Thanks for the hint. I hope you enjoyed your stay.
